What Is the BrokerBot V2 Agent?
V2 is the next generation of the BrokerBot AI engine. Every conversation now runs in its own isolated sandbox. In plain terms, that means each chat gets dedicated room to work — so responses are faster, the experience is more reliable, and BrokerBot can take on bigger, longer tasks without slowing down.
Here’s what’s new in V2:
- Smarter on long tasks. V2 runs in its own sandbox, so it can keep working while you keep typing. No more waiting for one task to finish before starting the next.
- Upload spreadsheets. Drop CSV, TSV, or XLSX files directly into the chat and ask BrokerBot to analyze, summarize, or work with your data — pipelines, commission reports, roster lists, and more.
- Scheduled tasks and reminders. Ask BrokerBot to remind you Monday at 9 AM, summarize your pipeline every Friday, or follow up with a client next week. It runs in the background and posts the result right back into your chat.
- Reload-safe. Close the tab mid-response and pick up exactly where you left off. No lost work.
How to Turn On V2
Enabling V2 takes one click:
- Open any chat at app.brokerbot.ai
- Look for the V2 toggle in the top-right corner of your chat input area
- Flip the switch — the label turns blue when V2 is active
Click the info icon next to the toggle to see a quick overview of what’s included, and to turn V2 on or off at any time. You can switch back to V1 whenever you want — just flip the toggle off. There’s no risk, and it’s completely in your control.
What to Expect During Beta
V2 is currently in beta. That means:
- Most conversations will work great on V2 right away.
- A few specialized flows (like Chat With My Chats and some knowledge base media) will automatically fall back to V1 — you don’t need to do anything.
- We’re actively improving V2 every day based on real usage and feedback.
